Located at the border of the Round Rock and Pflugerville city limits, near the intersection of Greenlawn Boulevard and West Pflugerville Parkway.

The site is located less than one mile from the Dell Technologies world headquarters home to more than 10,000 employees. The 350-unit development will consist of sixteen three-story Class A residential buildings and a clubhouse/leasing office. Two of the buildings will be a larger format that includes higher-end finishes, as well as an elevator, while the remaining structures will be standard garden buildings. Proposed amenities include a clubroom, resort style pool area that will include cabanas and deluxe grilling stations, a dog park and pet grooming area.
