Trez Capital and Thompson Realty Capital partner for tremendous opportunities in Texas

Trez Capital, in a partnership with apartment developer Thompson Realty, recently sold a newly developed apartment community, Winding Creek at The Preserve, at 2250 Sara Jane Parkway in Grand Prairie, Texas, with similar deals in San Antonio and south of Dallas in DeSoto. The partnership has another handful of projects under contract.
