Barbara Bennett

Barbara joined Thompson Realty Corporation in July, 2007. She is responsible for leasing approximately 882,000 square feet of office properties in the LBJ/Tollway corridor, Las Colinas and Quorum area markets. Involved in office leasing since 1983 with 26 years of experience, Barbara has completed over 4 million square feet of lease transactions.
Prior to joining Thompson Realty Corporation, Barbara was a Senior Vice President at the Trammell Crow Company responsible for leasing office properties throughout the Dallas Metroplex. Some of Barbara’s significant lease transactions have been with a diverse range of tenants including Ikon Office Solutions, Department of Family and Protective Services, Rexel, Inc., Reach Media, Inc., Court Reporting of Dallas, Columbia/HCA Healthcare, Essilor of America, Inc., and Aon Service Corporation.
Barbara has exclusively leased the office building portfolio for an owner of significant office assets in the Dallas market for over 12 years, demonstrating her ability to maintain customer satisfaction over a long period of time. She understands the proposition of creating long-term value in the assets that she leases.
Barbara is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. She earned an Associates Degree in Business from Tyler Junior College in 1973. Barbara is a candidate in the Certified Commercial Investment Member program and is active in a number of professional real estate organizations including the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. |
