Director - Single Family Division Morgan’s role in Thompson Realty Corporation’s single-family division has steadily grown since joining in early 2005. Involved from conception to sales, Morgan has aided in the fluid progression, streamlined efficiency, delivery and management of each single-family development. Morgan is the only employee of Thompson Realty Corporation that solely works on single-family, overseeing the projects in Heath, Sunnyvale, San Antonio and Austin.
Prior to joining Thompson, Morgan was a Senior Sales Associate with a Michigan-based, national homebuilder. In 2003, Morgan was the companies’ highest producing salesperson for sales in excess of 18.6 million dollars. He was one of three salespeople in Southeast Michigan presented the Million Dollar Circle, Platinum Award, by the National Association of Homebuilders, National Sales and Marketing Council – one of the Councils highest honors.
Morgan has been a member of the Rockwall County Chamber of Commerce since 2006 and is a licensed real estate salesperson. Morgan is passionate about classic cars, is a former member of the Detroit Yacht Club and is a member of Highland Park United Methodist Church.
Morgan was born and raised in Birmingham, Michigan and earned his BA from Southern Methodist University in 2002.
