Thompson Realty's asset management approach is one of looking at the long-term value of a property. We not only analyze the position of a property in today's market, but we evaluate the future position of an asset based on current trends and forecasts.

In-House Legal

Thompson Realty employs in-house legal counsel with extensive experience in real estate transactions of many types. Legal counsel assists and supports all company personnel in the preparation of documents and negotiation of transactions. Legal counsel interfaces directly with other attorneys (including those of our tenants and partners) as needed. The availability of Thompson Realty’s in-house legal support can save charges to assets for outside legal fees as a real estate transaction is negotiated and closed.
