Tammy Taylor has been a commercial property professional since 1996. Over the past nine years, she has managed a mixed portfolio of commercial office, industrial, and retail properties, in excess of one million square feet.

Ms. Taylor focuses her efforts on:

· building and maintenance management

· budget preparation and analysis

· financial reporting

· tenant retention and

· lender/owner relations

Ms. Taylor has been an integral part of the growth and progress of Thompson Realty Corporation.

· Her contribution includes significant involvement in numerous real estate developments.

· She successfully manages newly acquired investment properties coordinating the conversion

of vacant buildings to a marketable product.

Ms. Taylor has received her CPM and RPA designations and is a member of both the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Dallas Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). She has a degree in property management and is currently enrolled in business and real estate courses at the University of North Texas.
