verifying field conditions, assisting contractors, engineers and builders with information

access and administration of the SWPPP and erosion control compliance.

After college, Brad matured in sales in the steel industry for nine years. In 1983 he established his real estate career with Myers Commercial where he team leased 1,500,000 square feet of office and retail inventory for six years. In 1989, he founded Enderby Real Estate, which is actively involved in various user driven segments of commercial real estate.

A graduate of Southern Methodist University he received his BBA degree in 1974. Brad is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. He is active in community service and serves on a volunteer board for Methodist Hospitals Foundation. He and his wife Sharon have two children.
