Ms. Drablos joined Thompson Realty Corporation in May of 1988. Since then, her legal practice has emphasized the representation of landlords in commercial leasing transactions and borrowers/developers in the commercial real estate lending arena. Prior to joining Thompson Realty Corporation, Ms. Drablos spent four years as a real estate associate at Johnson & Swanson, gaining substantial experience representing both buyers and sellers of improved and unimproved real property. She also represented lending institutions and developers in the acquisition and construction of commercial properties. Ms. Drablos has been involved in all aspects of real estate finance transactions and has participated in the formation of partnerships and corporations created for such endeavors. Since joining Thompson Realty Corporation, she has been involved in the business of real estate asset portfolio management and residential lot development, as well as the practice of law. Ms. Drablos continues to supervise all company closings including acquisitions, loans, and the selling of properties and lots previously developed by Thompson Realty Corporation affiliates.

Some of the transactions in which Ms. Drablos has been involved include:

· The sale of MacArthur Center to Crescent Real Estate Equities, Ltd.

· The leasing of thousands of square feet of space to both large and small tenants in office
buildings in Las Colinas, Richardson and Plano, Texas.
· The acquisition of large undeveloped real property tracts in Carrollton, San Antonio,
Sunnyvale, Fairview, and Heath, Texas.
· The acquisition and development of single family and multi-family residential properties in
Dallas and Bexar Counties.
· The renewal and restructure of dozens of real estate loans in a $200 million portfolio.

Ms. Drablos earned her undergraduate degree in Public and Environmental Affairs with high honors from Indiana University in 1980 and her law degree from the University of Chicago Law School in 1983. Ms. Drablos is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
