Lookout Plaza I has three floors, brick and glass, with 50,000 square feet floor plates that can be divided into a 20,000 square foot pod on the south end and a 30,000 square foot pod on the north end. The campus is bordered on the north and west by the Spring Creek Nature Area. The heavily wooded site offers spectacular views and a peaceful setting to transact business. A permanent city park, Spring Creek Nature Area offers decompression exercise opportunities via miles of paved walkways.
