Description
A multi-phase development over a ten-year projected sale cycle. The entrance is ½ mile east of Beltline on Town East Boulevard. Phase One – a 70-acre, 131-lot project – is sold out. Phase Two – a 68-acre, 110-lot project – was completed May 2004. Construction of Phase Four, finished late 2006, encompasses 55 acres and 102 lots. Phases Three and Five will be initiated over the next 24 months.
